Recipe - Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:
225g strawberries
125g icing sugar
150ml double cream
Method:
- Fit the double-bladed knife.
- Place the strawberries in the bowl and process for 45 – 50 seconds until puréed.
- Add the icing sugar and cream and process for a further 30 – 45 seconds until well mixed.
- Place in a dish in the freezer to set.
