Recipe - Indian Carrot and Onion Salad

From Harvest to Plate - Sun 6 Oct 2019

Ingredients:

carrots
onion
lemon juice
fresh ginger
seasoning

Method:

 

  • Grate the carrots and the ginger. Finely chop the onion. Put grated carrots, ginger and chopped onion together in a dish.
  • Add lemon juice and seasoning to suit.
