Recipe - Pickled Cucumber

From Harvest to Plate - Sun 6 Oct 2019

Ingredients:

cucumber
white wine vinegar
caster sugar

Method:

  • Slice the cucumber thinly.
  • Add the vinegar and sugar to taste.
  • Mix together and serve.
