Recipe - Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

225g strawberries
125g icing sugar
150ml double cream

Method:

 

  • Fit the double-bladed knife.
  • Place the strawberries in the bowl and process for 45 – 50 seconds until puréed.
  • Add the icing sugar and cream and process for a further 30 – 45 seconds until well mixed.
  • Place in a dish in the freezer to set.
